EAPT AMERICAN EAGLE SILVER BULLION COIN PURCHASE ORDER

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All information you fill in must be complete and accurate. (Incomplete Coin Order will be returned)
2. Your Silver Eagles will be mailed to you after the fifth of each month (where required by law) from the date of the receipt of your payment in good funds for your Coin Order by Educating America for Prosperity Trust.
3. Wholesale cost and market conditions of coins may affect number of coins received.
4. Other than what is written in this Coin Order, NO written or oral representations shall be binding.
5. Sales Associate has not offered to pay, credit, or allow any compensation allowances, awards or consideration for Buyer giving to seller the names of prospective buyers, or an inducement to cause Buyer to buy the American Silver Eagle Coin.
6. EAPT reserves the right to substitute a like product in coin value, denomination, and fineness under Title 26 USCS sec. 408(m)(3)(A) and (B) in accordance with US Mints production.

PURCHASE ORDER AGREEMENT

Purchaser has made a purchase of at least (1 to 3) coins for the initial sum total of $80 - $100 depending on the market price of A.E.S Bullion Coin the week of your purchase.

Purchaser hereby understands and agrees he/she will receive AT LEAST the amount of A.E.S. Bullion Coins as referenced above.

The purchaser agrees to submit all funds paid herewith and in accordance with the EAPT Payment Processing Form.

This purchase will be consummated when this completed Purchase Order is received and accepted at the EAPT Headquarters in Atlanta.

THERE IS NO REFUND AFTER THE (3) DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

You may cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation within THREE (3) business days from the purchase order date. If you cancel, all funds paid by you under this purchase order will be returned within TEN (10) business days following receipt by EAPT of your cancellation notice and any financial interest arising out of the transaction will be canceled. If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your residence in substantially as good condition as when received, any good delivered to you under this purchase order of sale. You must comply with the instructions of EAPT regarding the return shipment of the goods at EAPT's risk and expense. To cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or any other written notice, to EAPT 726 Huntcliff Village Court, Atlanta, Ga. 30350 not later than midnight of the 3rd business day of this order.
